This time last year I was both FAT and FIT. I looked good, felt good and did a few SPIN BIKE classes a week. Everything was awesome until around August when I arrived back in Australia from the USA and lost momentum completely stopping my fitness regime.
Desperately wanting to get my big girl groove back, I tried returning to SPIN but just couldn’t get it going. I even signed up for PLUS SIZE POLE DANCING but that didn’t really ‘take’ either. Eight months on I’m still trying to haul myself back on the workout wagon. I’ve spoken before on how being the ONLY FAT GIRL AT THE GYM doesn’t bother me and I still have an active membership. Looks like HULA HOOPING CLASS is next on the list. I’m not throwing the towel in just yet!
