I had a fun afternoon hanging out at the fro-yo shop in Hollywood. I love this dress because it’s a bit 60’s retro and fun. Maybe I was inspired by the recent Mad Men finale? I could see myself tottering around in this at the advertising agency with an awesome up-do!
It’s so bright that I was happy wearing my go-to silver necklace and bangle and my trusty wide fit black Payless pumps. Heels are not easy for me to wear so I stick with the comfort fit ones. This geo print dress is from Poppy & Bloom via my Gwynne Bee monthly wardrobe rental subscription.
It’s listed as a short sleeved V-neck A-line with an empire waist. I’ll be honest, I should have worn a better bra with this one but my fave snapped an underwire so I had to go with the backup lol. Nothing like a photo to help with your future styling LOL.
Even though i’m short I still like to feel ‘protected’ at the back and not worry about pulling my skirt down all day. I was happy with the length of this dress and would recommend it as a fun retro office dress. See all my Gywnnie Bee looks from my monthly subscription and get a 30 day free trial.
